SDSU Aztecs vs Grand Canyon Lopes October 9, 7 PM – SDSU Sports Deck WAC men’s soccer matchup in which Grand Canyon defeated SDSU 1–0 on the road. The Lopes scored the decisive goal just 86 seconds into the match, when Junior Diouf found the net off a combination play with Max Kiefer and Ben Assane Fall. Despite outshooting Grand Canyon 11 to 8 overall and dominating the first half with 10 attempts, the Aztecs couldn’t break through the visitors’ defense.
